The project, currently under review by city planners, aims to significantly enhance the property's appeal and capacity, adding 50 new guest rooms to its existing inventory and bringing the total to a more competitive number for the bustling Sunset Strip market.
Key features of the proposed upgrade include the development of a new rooftop pool and bar, designed to offer panoramic views of the city and become a premier destination for guests and locals alike. All existing common areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and event spaces, are slated for a complete overhaul with contemporary designs and amenities. Guest suites will also receive comprehensive upgrades, ensuring a luxurious and modern experience.
