The proposed changes include the addition of 30 new guest rooms, bringing the total to 120, and a significant upgrade to all existing accommodations.
A centerpiece of the renovation will be the creation of a luxurious rooftop pool and lounge area, offering panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills and Griffith Observatory. This amenity is expected to become a major draw for both hotel guests and local residents. Furthermore, the ground floor will see the introduction of a new, high-concept restaurant and bar, designed to become a culinary destination in its own right.
