Our use of the TikTok Content Posting API is limited to publishing content to our own publication account. We do not access, collect, or process data from other TikTok users. The access tokens used are scoped exclusively to content publishing permissions.

We may share your information with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Beehiiv for newsletter delivery, analytics providers); (b) law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law; or (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition.
