LA Development Insider is a subscription-based real estate news and intelligence platform covering Los Angeles development, construction, permitting, and investment activity. The Service includes a website, newsletter, data tools, and related content distributed via email and social media channels.
Access to premium content requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
All content published on LA Development Insider — including articles, newsletters, data visualizations, and analysis — is the exclusive property of ABR Media and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for reference purposes is permitted.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit spam, malware, or harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (e) scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Content published on the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LA Development Insider and ABR Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms including social media networks (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter), payment processors, and analytics services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
LA Development Insider uses automated tools to publish content to social media platforms on behalf of the publication. Content published via these integrations is editorial in nature and represents the views of the publication. We comply with the terms of service and developer policies of all integrated platforms including TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
